  • Heart – This type is where the face is wide at the temples and hairline, narrowing to a small delicate chin. Styles that suit this type face is side-parted hair styles or swept-forward layers around the upper face, with gently wispy bangs.
  • Triangular – It is the reverse of the heart-shape. This type is a dominant jaw line with narrowing at the cheek bone and temples. Styles that are full at the temples and taper at the jaw are perfect for triangular shapes. Off center parts, wedges and shags look great on you, too.
  • Diamond – This facial shape is a cross between heart and a dramatic oval. It is widest at the cheekbones, and narrow equally at the forehead and jaw line. This type is balanced and dramatic. You can experiment with a variety of styles.
